Libbie and Lyla got to hang out with Gma over the weekend while their parents watched the Sioux play hockey. Libbie is obsessed with poor Lyla! :)

Forgot all about this blog!

I just received some forwarded messages from my old Alerus email account. (five months after I left). There was some from blogspot.com that reminded me of this blog. It took some tries to get into it, but here I am!

Libbie and I are up at 12:21 in the morning! We are having a tough week. Grandma Jean (Curt's grandma on his mother's side) passed away last Monday. Libbie is at the age that she is starting to understand that we won't see Grandma Jean again. She was pretty close to her. The funeral was yesterday (Friday). We just keep reading her the book about heaven and answering her questions as best as possible. Curt has a really hard time with her questions :(

Something is going on with this child. She has a sinus infection or something??? The entire right side of her face is swollen up and her teeth are killing her. I am told that is typical of a sinus infection, but I have never had those symptoms myself. I will just roll with it!
I sure hope it isn't serious, since she has been around cousin Lyla alot the past two days. Wouldn't want to get that little cutie sick!!

Well, I am gonna try to get her back to bed. Curt should be home soon ( I hope) from a wedding dance uptown. He is with my brother Ben, so I am not holding my breath.....

Wonder if anyone will actually read this...... since I haven't updated for THREE years :-)
